Terms & Conditions
These terms govern access to zunalogistics.com, its public information, enquiry and booking services, and any secure investor area made available through the website.
Effective and last updated: 10 August 2026
Acceptance and website operator
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
The website is operated by Zuna Logistics Limited, registered in the Republic of Rwanda under company number 156107944, with its contact office at Madar Hub, KG 42 St, Ramiro, Kibagabaga, Kimironko, Gasabo, Kigali, Rwanda.
These terms apply to the public website, forms, consultation-booking functions and secure investor services. A specific investment, supply, employment, partnership or other commercial relationship will be governed by its own final signed documents. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the specific signed documents govern that relationship.
Information, accuracy and availability
Zuna aims to present useful and understandable information, but website material changes over time and may not always be complete or current.
- Content is provided for general information and preliminary discussion.
- Figures, forecasts, market observations, timelines and descriptions may be estimates, management expectations or information available on the publication date.
- Photographs, diagrams, videos and examples may be illustrative.
- Nothing on the website is a promise that a product, service, investment opportunity, meeting time or document will remain available.
Zuna may correct, update, suspend or remove content without notice. You should independently verify information that is important to a decision and request the latest authorised documents directly from Zuna.
No offer, advice or guaranteed return
Website content does not by itself constitute an offer, prospectus, recommendation or invitation to buy securities or make an investment in any jurisdiction.
All investment carries risk. Projections and illustrations are not guarantees. Capital may be at risk, returns may be delayed or lower than expected, and circumstances may change.
- Zuna does not provide personal investment, legal, accounting or tax advice through the website.
- You are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice and carrying out your own financial, legal, tax, technical and commercial due diligence.
- Zuna may assess eligibility, identity, source-of-funds, legal, regulatory or suitability matters before accepting any investment or transaction.
- No investment is accepted until all required checks are completed and final transaction documents have been signed by the authorised parties.
- Any payment instructions must be independently verified using an established contact method. Do not send funds solely because of an email, message or website instruction.
The Risks & FAQ page provides an accessible overview but does not replace formal transaction documents or professional advice.
Enquiries, bookings and messages
Submitting a form, sending a message or booking a consultation is a request to communicate; it is not an agreement to invest, supply, purchase or enter another transaction.
- Zuna may accept, decline, reschedule or cancel a consultation where reasonably necessary.
- Response times are targets rather than guarantees.
- You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and must not impersonate another person.
- Do not send passwords, full banking credentials or highly sensitive documents through ordinary email, WhatsApp or general enquiry forms.
- Communications may be retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Investor accounts and documents
If Zuna gives you access to a secure investor area, the access is personal, limited and subject to continuing authorisation.
- Keep login credentials confidential and use a strong unique password.
- Do not share your account, access another person’s information or attempt to bypass access controls.
- Notify Zuna promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or a compromised account.
- Private documents are supplied only for the authorised recipient and purpose. Do not redistribute them unless the document or Zuna expressly permits it.
- Zuna may suspend access to protect security, investigate misuse, meet legal obligations or when access is no longer appropriate.
Account records and transaction data shown through the portal are informational records. If a portal display conflicts with a signed contract, official bank record or authorised written confirmation, the authoritative record will prevail.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the website for lawful personal, professional and business-information purposes connected with Zuna.
You must not:
- use the website for fraud, deception, harassment or any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to an account, document, server, database or other restricted resource;
- introduce malware, run disruptive automated requests, scrape restricted information or interfere with website operation;
- misrepresent Zuna’s content, remove ownership notices or suggest an endorsement that does not exist;
- copy, publish, sell or commercially exploit substantial website content without written permission; or
- use another person’s personal information in breach of their rights or applicable law.
Zuna may restrict or block access where it reasonably believes these terms, security controls or applicable law have been breached.

Zuna materials
Unless stated otherwise, website text, layout, graphics, branding, reports and original materials are owned by or licensed to Zuna Logistics Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may print or save a reasonable extract for personal evaluation, provided it is not altered and ownership notices are retained.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- the website is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose;
- Zuna is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on general website material without appropriate verification and professional advice;
- Zuna is not responsible for loss caused by an external website, third-party service, user device, telecommunications failure, unauthorised conduct outside Zuna’s reasonable control or a user’s failure to protect credentials;
- Zuna will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special loss arising from use of the public website where such limitation is lawful.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by law and assessed in light of the relevant circumstances and any separate binding agreement.
Privacy and cookies

Changes, governing law and contact
Changes to the website or these terms
Zuna may amend these terms to reflect legal, operational or service changes. The current version will be published here with a revised update date. Continuing to use the website after a change means the updated terms apply from their effective date.
Severability and no waiver
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Subject to any mandatory rule or agreed dispute-resolution process in a separate contract, the courts of Rwanda will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or use of the website.
