Account contact details, investment and transaction records, communications, consent history, assigned documents, meeting records and information needed to administer an investor relationship.
Technical and security information
Device or browser information, timestamps, referring pages, campaign parameters and hashed IP address or user-agent information used for security, rate limiting, consent evidence and abuse prevention.
Information from other sources
Information provided by your authorised representative, professional adviser, payment or transaction counterparties, public registers, or another source where this is lawful and relevant.
Please do not send sensitive identity, banking or confidential documents through ordinary email, WhatsApp or a general enquiry form. If those documents are required, Zuna will provide an appropriate secure route.

Zuna does not use website enquiries to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Keeping information proportionately
We keep personal data only for as long as the purpose requires, unless a longer period is needed by law, contract, accounting practice or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
- Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries and booking records are reviewed and removed when no longer reasonably needed.
- Marketing consent and opt-out records may be kept so that we can respect and evidence your choice.
- Investor, investment, completed transaction and contractual records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, audit or claims periods, even after an account becomes inactive.
- Security and audit records are retained for a limited period appropriate to investigation and compliance needs.
Security measures
Zuna uses role-based access, protected document storage, access checks, expiring security tokens, input validation, rate limiting, audit records and other technical and organisational controls. No internet service is completely risk-free, so please use strong unique passwords and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account activity.

Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, you may ask Zuna to take the following actions.
Access and information
Ask whether we process your data, why we use it, who can access it, and request a copy.
Correction
Ask us to correct inaccurate information or complete information that is materially incomplete.
Erasure or restriction
Ask for deletion or limited use where the legal conditions are met. Some financial or legal records cannot be deleted immediately.
Object, withdraw or port
Object to certain processing, stop direct marketing, withdraw consent, or request portable information where applicable.

Marketing choices
Marketing email is sent only where an appropriate permission exists. Transactional or service messages about your enquiry, booking or investor account are not marketing. You can unsubscribe from optional updates at any time.
Children
This website and its investment-related services are intended for adults and commercial users. Zuna does not knowingly invite personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us.
