Storage terminals, refinery utilities and industrial plants either commission safely and perform reliably—or capital sits idle. Across more than two decades, Abdur Rahman has taken assets from feasibility and design review through procurement, construction, commissioning and steady operation.
His project record includes the largest LPG terminal in Bangladesh at the time it was built, the country’s first self-propelled LPG barge, a 70,000 MT furnace-oil tank terminal, an 800-cylinder-per-day manufacturing plant and a 17,000 m³ LPG storage facility at Rusororo in Rwanda.
He has worked with engineering partners from France, Switzerland and Turkey, integrating international standards with local operating realities.
